THE ACFT WAS OBSERVED TO PITCH UP FROM A LEVEL FLIGHT ATTITUDE FROM ABOUT 300 FT AGL. THE ACFT THEN PITCHED DOWN & IMPACTED THE GROUND IN A NEAR VERTICAL ATTITUDE. CAUSE:
