Narrative:THIS NON-LICENSED PLT MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED FLT AT NIGHT. THE ACFT CRASHED ONE HALF MILE NORTH OF THE ARPT. THE OCCUPANT OF THE ACFT WAS FATALLY INJURED. NO RECORDS OF THE PLT'S FLT EXPERIENCE WAS FOUND. CAUSE:
