Narrative:AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE RIGHT WINGTIP TO STRIKE THE WATER. THE AIRCRAFT THEN ROLLED OVER AND SANK. THE PIC WAS OPERATING THE AIRCRAFT AND CARRYING PASSENGERS WITH ONLY STUDENT PILOT CERTIFICATE. CAUSE:
