Narrative:WITNESSES VIEWED THE ACFT IN A NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE AT A LOW ALT NEAR THE SOUTH END OF RWY 18. THE ACFT CLIMBED A SHORT DISTANCE, ROLLED TO THE LEFT AND DESCENDED NEARLY VERTICALLY TO THE GROUND. CAUSE:
