ACFT WAS OBSERVED TO DEPART FROM CONTROLLED FLIGHT WHILE IN A STEEP LEFT TURN AT SLOW SPEED AND LOW ALTITUDE, IMPACTING ON A RIVER SAND BAR. FIRE ENSUED, DEMOLISHING ACFT. FOLLOWING HEAVY RAINS, RIVER ROSE AND ACFT NOT RECOVERED. CAUSE:
