THE PILOT WAS CARRYING ILLEGAL CARGO (MARIJUANA) IN N4001Q. DURING A LOW HIGH SPEED PASS AT NIGHT OVER AN INTENDED LANDING AREA,THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK RISING TERRAIN. THERE WAS APPROXIMATELY 800 LBS OF MARIJUANA ON THE AIRCRAFT. CAUSE:
