Narrative:THE HOMEBUILT HELICOPTER WAS DEPARTING ON A LOCAL FLIGHT, WHEN, ON INITIAL CLIMBOUT, THE LOW TIME, INEXPERIENCED STUDENT PILOT MADE AN ABRUPT MANEUVER WHICH SENT THE HELICOPTER INTO AN UNCONTROLLED DESCENT. IT IMPACTED TREES AND A POST CRASH FIRE OCCURRED. CAUSE:
