Narrative:S/N 80-3570. Written off 30 June 1986 when crashed near Petit-Han,Durbuy, Walloon Province of Luxembourg, Belgium after it collided with a French Jaguar A (A116/11-MW) of the 2/11 'Escadron de Chasse'. Pilot of the F-16, Captain Jack Cavanas, ejected safely, but his French counterpart in the Jaguar, Capt. Michel Prunas, didn't survive the accident
EDIT:
This F-16 must have had the shortest life of its type in the Belgian air force.
Delivered 2 April 1984, it crashed exactly 4 months later
Only F-104G FX-08 had a even shorter life in the Belgian air force, spanning only two weeks.
