1964-06-17: taken on charge by the Belgian Air Force
1977-02-14: at EBBE Bevekom Cat.5 crash,
Eventually lost when the pilot Olt Gerald Dessart was confronted with an engine flame-out
during a night flight, he managed to land the aircraft but the impact resulted
in the landing gear collapsing and the aircraft catching fire
