On approach to Weelde, the pilot suffered an engine failure during which he performed
a belly landing in a pine forest close to the runway
While leaving the crashed and burning FZ-55, he was thrown from his aircraft
by the activated ejection seat
pilot: Lt-Vl Terlinden badly injured, 31 Squadron
