Narrative:
c/no. 1181: DH.60G [Gipsy I] Seaplane to Ministry of War & Marine, Yugoslavia with C of A 2239 issued 17.9.29. Assigned to service aboard the Yugoslav minelayer vessel "Zmaj": the vessel was designed so that a single disassembled DeHavilland DH.60 Moth floatplane was stored in the aircraft hold, between the forward superstructure and the mainmast. Its components would be moved from the hold by the aircraft crane to the after deck where it could be assembled. Then the aircraft would be swayed over the side where it could be launched

Written off (damaged beyond repair) when crashed while performing a loop off Kumbor, Herceg Novi, Bay of Kotor, Dalmation Coast, Montenegro (at approximate co-ordinates: 42°26′26″N 18°35′09″) in 1933*. The pilot was performing aerobatic manoeuvre on a demo flight near Kumbor, Montenegro when he lost control of the aircraft and it crashed into the sea. The pilot was killed.

(*Hence "nominal" date of 31.12.33, pending confirmation of exact date - aircraft definitely crashed between 1.1.33 and 31.12.33)
