Narrative:At 07:00 hrs, the aircraft had taken off for an armed recce operation in the Arnhem area.
While attacking a train, the aircraft was hit by Flak and crashed.
The 21-year-old pilot, F/O R.J. Cammock (DFC), did not survive and is buried at Lochem; grave 1 6.
