Flew into sea on return from Hannover raid (CFIT accident).
Cause either faulty altimeter setting or pilot falling asleep. The pilot was the only survivor:

Second Pilot P/O. G.H. Jackson RAF / killed
Observer P/O. H. Philippe RAF / killed
