Narrative:Handley Page Hampden Mk.I P2077 ("KM-H") of 44 Squadron, RAF Waddington. Lost on combat operations on night of 14/8/1940 when hit by Flak/AAA and crashed at Valom north of Uithuizen, Groningen, Netherlands. All four crew survived and became PoWs:
Pilot: Pilot Officer H.P. Clark, RCAF (Survived, became POW)
Navigator: Sgt. F.M. Wilkes, RAF (Survived, became POW)
Wireless Op: Sgt J.L. Brooks, RAF (Survived, became POW)
Air gunner: Sgt. G.E. Harris, RAF (Sruvived, became POW)
