Narrative:A similar misrigging accident occurred at Trenton Ontario in Oct 1982. The Canadian Forces T33 coming out of maintenance had its aileron rigging reversed on one side causing two up and two down. This was missed by both experienced pilots prior to takeoff. Following take off, the aircraft could only fly in circles and the crew decided to eject. One pilot survived, one pilot did not due to seat failure.
