Narrative:
Crashed into the Belize River due to loss of control on a short rolling take off from Belize after the pilot ejected. Cockpit to ground instructional use as 8724M at RAF Wittering.

Taken at the crash site by the contributor as we discussed the recovery of the tail section, which was still in the river. Sgt Hall, on the far right of this picture, dived down with sub aqua kit on to fix a rope, allowing the tail to be lifted by a Puma helicopter.
