Narrative:
Ex-USAF 80-0652, delivered to Israel under FMS Program Peace Marble I on 3 June 1981. Written off 17 January 1995 in a mid-air collision between two IDF F-16's (269 and 290). Pilot of 269 ejected safely, and was recovered from the sea by a SAR helicopter from Palmachim air base
