Narrative:
El día miércoles 10 de mayo del 2000 aproximadamente a las 10:54 HLV (14:54 GMT) se incendio en vuelo la aeronave FAV - 2576, F- 5V cuando realizaba vuelo de rutina de entrenamiento sobre el Estado Lara, Venezuela, el avión se precipito a tierra en el Cerro "AUYAMAR", ubicado en el Radial 260° a 10 millas náuticas de la ciudad de Barquisimeto, el piloto Cap. (av) JESUS FERNANDEZ INFANTE resulto ileso al eyectarse de la aeronave.
