Narrative:Caught Fire after Aerial Refueling and exploded. LCdr. Gary J. Hagstrom, and Lt. Walter Joe Richardson ejected safely. Air Force Rescue Swimmer Staff Sgt. Jeffrey Y. Jones died in rescue attempt and his body was never recovered.
