Narrative:
pilot I T Haldane. Aircraft failed to become airborne from a sloping topdressing strip at Gorge road, Maungaturoto. Pilot Tim Haldane, passengers Dennis Thompson and Max Wallis all received minor to moderate injuries in the accident. The aircraft was written off.
