Narrative:The glider stalled, spun and crashed to the ground at The Airfield, Gwernesney, Near Usk, Gwent. The pilot was killed.
The RAF Institute of Pathology and Tropical Medicine assisted the AAIB in the investigation of this crash (see link #3)
