Narrative:THE GLIDER WAS OBSERVED TO EXECUTE AN APPROACH THAT WAS LOW AND IN AN AREA OF POWER LINES. WHILE IN A NOSE HIGH RIGHT TURN TO AVOID THE POWER LINES IT WAS OBSERVED TO MAKE AN UNCONTROLLED DESCENT AND COLLIDE WITH TERRAIN.
