Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED TO THE LOCAL POLICE THAT HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING LIFT AND WAS ATTEMPTING AN OFF AIRPORT LANDING WHEN THE ACFT STALLED AT LOW ALT AND CRASHED. THE PILOT DID NOT FILE AN ACCIDENT REPORT.
