Narrative:DURING A LOCAL PLEASURE FLIGHT, THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN ALTITUDE DUE TO THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERING A DOWNDRAFT. DURING THE LANDING ROLL IN AN OPEN FIELD, THE PILOT INTENTIONALLY GROUND LOOPED THE AIRCRAFT TO AVOID COLLIDING WITH A FENCE.
