ON FINAL APCH, WITH FULL FLAPS EXTENDED, THE GLIDER BEGAN TO FLOAT DOWN THE RWY. THE PLT THEN RETRACTED THEM, AFTER WHICH, IT DESCENDED, COLLIDED WITH A FENCE, & CAME TO REST IN A FIELD.
