Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTEDLY FAILED TO USE SPOILERS ON FINAL. THE APPROACH WAS HIGH SO HE ATTEMPTED A 180 DEGREE TURN AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE GLIDER STALLED AND COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND.
