Crash landed in housing estate at Taman Udara close to Butterworth Airfield after a test flight. Co-pilot Capt Dicky Rishi Chin and quartermaster Flight Sergeant Zailani Abdul Kadir were killed. Pilot Capt Yuhaizam Yahaya survived injured.
