Encountered downdrafts and headwinds from thunderstorms whilst returning to Katy Airport, Katy, Texas. Hit irrigation levee during landing near the airport. Aircraft substantially damaged, but later repaired and sold to a new owner; re-registered in France as F-CHOC from 23/4/2013
