Mosquito HK382: Took off for test flight. 16/03/1945
During a test flight the Mosquito control was lost and the aircraft dived into the ground.
The pilot lost control in cloud and the plane nosedived into ground 9 miles west of B.51 Lille/Vendeville.
Local reports state they crashed at 14:15 hrs at Le Bois Miron near Annoeullin.
Squadron ORB’s state 14:40 hrs. No details as to what caused the pilot to lose control.
