Narrative:
Mosquito HP882: Flew into ground in cloud 170 miles E of Hyderabad Sind 31/07/1944
Aircraft was flying in convoy with another Mosquito on a transfer flight from 21 Ferry Control to 308 MU. They commenced to ascend and entered cloud between 100 and 200 feet above ground level. It was considered possible that HP882 entered the slipstream of the other Mosquito, and the pilot lost control and was unable to recover before it hit the ground. The aircraft crashed near Juna village, Jasai, Jodhpur State, India.
