Narrative:
First civil registered (C of R 6012) as G-ADKT on 2/10/35 to Brooklands Aviation Ltd., Brooklands Aerodrome, West Byfleet, Weybridge, Surrey. C of A 5153 issued October 1935. Sold on and re-registered (C of R 7003) 9/5/36 to Air Hire Ltd., Heston Aerodrome, Heston Middlesex.

UK Registration cancelled 14/12/1937 when exported to Australia as VH-ABO (first registered in Australia 30/12/1937...although it did not actually arrive until received at Perth Docks 17/1/1938. First flown in Australia at Maylands two days later )

Withdrawn from use following an accident at St. George, Queensland 12/1/64. Aircraft substantially damaged in cyclone whilst parked, awaiting repairs; overturned when its shed was blown away by Cyclone "Little Audrey". Struck off register as "withdrawn from use" 5/3/1965.

Stored 1964-73. Rebuild commenced 15/10/1973 in Melbourne. Still under rebuild in Feb 2009 at a private strip near Geelong,Victoria. Note that the registration on the airframe VH-ABO is currently in use by another aircraft
