Narrative:
According to a rough translation of the official JIAAC report into English:
"The whole story is based on the testimony of pilot. since the accident was not reported in a timely manner, and the aircraft was removed from the crash site.

On June 4, 2003 the pilot completed the capacity of fuel tanks and took off from Villa Minetti to stay at "The Triunfo" some 80 km distant to the South East, at 10:10 Hours, taking on board three passengers. To the same requirement made a flyby some fields were 20 minutes instead of takeoff, then addressing destination.

Once located the Ea, the pilot saw in her a prepared ground for landing, so He fell for a visual recognition and after considering it was in suitable conditions, decided to make a circuit wide to enter final.

He configured the aircraft for landing 20 degrees of flaps, and joined to end with a speed lower than established in the manual aircraft with the intention of reducing the distance of braking. The aircraft entered loss of lift when he still had about 15 to 20 metres altitude. the pilot applied power to the motor to correct the situation, unable to prevent the same hit against the ground, causing the breaking the right leg of the landing gear.

The passengers and the pilot descended from the uninjured aircraft. The latter made a visual inspection, checking who had produced damage in the right gear leg landing, and he announced the new President Ac Santiago del Estero. The accident occurred during the day and in the morning
