Narrative:
The aircraft LV-HJT had undergone a 100-hour inspection, after which a test flight was scheduled before delivering it to the owner. During the inspection, the pilot conducted engine and control tests as specified in the Aircraft Flight Manual, and then took off.

Upon retracting the landing gear, the pilot heard an abnormal noise and extended it again, experiencing another strange sound. When attempting to extend it once more, the landing gear remained in the "up" position. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to extend the landing gear using emergency procedures outlined in the Aircraft Flight Manual, the pilot planned a landing with the gear retracted at the same aerodrome. They shut down the engine and positioned the propeller horizontally to prevent damage.

The aircraft landed on the lower fuselage in the left safety strip of the runway, resulting in minor damage to the front lower fuselage and significant deformations in the rear fuselage. The accident occurred during daylight hours. The aerodrome is uncontrolled, and the entire flight, which ended in the accident, was conducted within the traffic circuit of the aerodrome and above its vertical axis.
