Narrative:
The helicopter was being used to clean insulators on a high-voltage power line. According to press reports, as the helicopter was descending to land during the operation, its high-pressure water boom became caught on a low-voltage line. The pilot attempted to clear the boom but, during these manoeuvres, the helicopter's skids apparently also became caught up and control was lost. Both occupants received serious injuries and were taken to hospital.
