Narrative:
Written off (destroyed) 20 September 1978: crashed near Frankfurt while on a flight during the "Certain Shield" exercises after striking a telephone cable. Of the two crew, one was killed, and the other seriously injured. Contemporary press reports named the sole fatality as CW2 Robert Steven Kulisek [Pilot].
