Narrative:A77-343: Ex-RAF Meteor F.8 WH274. Delivered to the RAF 17/12/51.Re-delivered 17/12/1951 (same day) to the RAAF Served in Korea with 77 Sqn.
Missing on Operations in the Hannori, North Korea, area on 8/3/53.Took off from Base K-14, Kimpo, South Korea and failed to return. Pilot; Squadron Leader Donald Hillier O4425; Squadron Leader Hillier's body was never recovered and is therefore regarded as missing, presumed killed in action.
Struck off charge 17/4/53 as lost in combat.
