Narrative:
Accident/incident investigated by TAIC NZ. Pilot: Peter Richard Henry Hodges. Helicopter being used to move surveyors between Trig stations. On taking off, a skid caught a Trig, causing the machine to roll over. Pilot unhurt, passenger had minor injuries.
